These have had the royal treatment as far as pins go. when we first got these from $t**er Mle we were disappointed to see that all that held the backing to the pin was a little piece of double sided adhesive foam. So we removed the foam and secured them with a 2-part clear epoxy and a spring-loaded locking backer. these things aren't going anywhere.
